The purpose of this area is to communicate the Worship Plan for Sunday Morning Services.

Normal Monthly Schedule:

1st Sunday = Afternoon/Evening Ministry Groups meet - no regular service
2nd Sunday = Afternoon/Evening Common Bond Groups meet - no regular service
3rd Sunday = Evening Family Oriented Event or Special Speaker planned (usually at 6 PM)
4th Sunday = Congregational Pot-Luck Meal after morning services - everyone invited! Afternoon/Evening Common Bond Groups meet - no regular service
5th Sunday = Evening Family Oriented Event or Special Speaker planned (usually at 6 PM)

Weather Notifications:
In the event of bad weather, the elders will contact each other and make a decision based on conditions and forecast. A decision will be made at least 2 hours before planned services subject to change. Members should check sources immediately prior to leaving for services for up-to-date information. Ice/sleet events will likely result in cancellations if the roads are coated. Snow events will depend on conditions. We will try to contact someone living near the building to provide input on conditions at the Brooks Ave building to aide in making an informed decision. Robert will usually arrive early to put out de-ice chemicals at entrances and would appreciate assistance. Members are always encouraged to use caution and not drive if conditions are dangerous in your area.
