Adult Class
Stan Atwood - Room 217

"Man does not live on bread alone." These words spoken by Jesus in Matthew 4 proclaim a profound and
timeless truth. The people of God are those who love His word, put them on their hearts, and live by them.
The purpose of this class is to encourage a greater commitment to scripture through a study of Psalm 119 and other passages. Class participates will learn how to develop a practical and personal plan of Bible study and
how to memorize and retain scripture. If you've ever said or thought "I need to read/study my Bible more" this
class is for you.

Women's Class

This is a practical class for women who are seeking to gain a deeper understanding of the scriptures in the
following areas: 1) Peace during troubled times, 2) The power of prayer, 3) The women?s influence in the

Beth Moore Series
Debby Bentley - Room 10

"John the Beloved Disciple" is the title of the next 8 month Wednesday night study beginning September
3rd. Workbooks may be purchased from LifeWay Christian stores on Capital Blvd and in Cary.

Revelation
Lindsey Garmon - Auditorium

The New Testament book of Revelation is a document that fascinates and mystifies at the same time. Some
say it can?t be understood. Many are afraid of it. Too many have never studied it. A few have turned it into a
theological playground. Join us in the auditorium class on Wednesday nights beginning in September as we
probe this important and interesting book. Lindsey will be leading the class. The approach will be designed
for students who desire serious, in-depth Bible study. Our goal will be to dig deep into the colorful message of
Revelation and to better understand the victory that we have in Christ! The entire study will require us to
extend this class over two trimesters?through April of 2004.
